How does the relation between Krzyżowa's citizens and the participants of international meetings really look like?

Citizens have experienced many funny, but sometimes embarrassing situations during conversations with foreigners. “A group of German teenagers asked me “Deutsche sprechen?” and my answer was “no”, than they asked “English sprechen?”- I also denied. So they sum up everything with the word “scheiße” and went away.”- added the head of the village. But there are more alternative ways to learn new words in foreign languages. Grandchild of the Krzyżowa citizen teaches his grandpa English, while the man, who works in Germany, shows her some German expressions. As reported the whole foundation provided many advantageous changes to Krzyżowa's society.
